• Entry fees for all teams are due no later than Tuesday, December 31st. Payments can be submitted online through AES, or via check, sent to Elite Event Partners, PO Box 322, Rocklin CA 95677.

• The roster deadline in AES is Friday, January 10th, 2025. Please see the instructions below for clearing coaches with USAV clearance with the JVA. Rosters are not required for tournament acceptance but are required to be uploaded 8 days before the start of the tournament.

• Pacific Sierra Board of Officials will oversee and manage all tournament officials.
  • Every match will have a provided R1 Official
  • This is a JVA Insured event.  All adults on rosters must show verification that they have completed a JVA background screen and also SafeSport or Abuse Prevention Systems training.  To purchase the JVA background screen/APS training, please click here: http://jvavolleyball.org/membership/manage-your-club/background-screenings-aps/#apply-background-screen  The JVA screen is $38 for a two year screen/verification.

Winter Classic is not a Stay and Play tournament. However, we do have a number of special hotel rates available across the Grounds, Oakland, & Rancho Cordova that are available for tournament attendees.

Oakland Convention Center: Winter Classic has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at the Oakland Marriott for the Winter Classic teams playing at the Oakland Convention Center, January 18th-20th. This hotel is adjacent to the event center at a rate of $164 for a king room and $174 for two queen beds per night. Please note these rooms are on a first come, first served basis. Roll away beds are available for an additional $20 per night also on a first come, first served basis.

3. Select your check in and check out dates, number of rooms, and number of people per room

4. Click the red Search button

5. Next you will be directed to the next screen where you will select your room type

6. On the right hand side, verify the check in and check out date and and click the red Select button

7. Review the information in the summary box to the right and click the red Next button

8. Input your personal information and then click the red Next button

9. Input your payment and billing information and click the red Next button

10. Finally, review that all information is accurate and then click the red Confirm reservation button
